  Setting up a brand new computer takes time, effort, and know-how. Skip the hassle and let us take care of this for you! We'll create your user account, install all updates, and tune the settings for maximum performance.

  Your web browser, anti-virus, multimedia apps, and Microsoft Office Professional come standard on every computer. If you have special installation requests, we'll honor them at no additional charge.*

• Free Home Installation**
  We come to you! All technicians are trained to conduct their work respectfully in your home, to provide you with the smoothest experience possible.

• Microsoft Office Professional Plus
  No matter whether you are typing a letter or running a business, your computer should always come with the tools you need to be successful. That's why every computer from Brill Technology comes with Microsoft Office.

• Manufacturer Warranty Support (One year)
  In the rare event that your computer has a defect from the manufacturer, we'll take care of the warranty claims for the first year. If your computer comes in broken, we'll handle the replacement of the device before it is even installed at your house.

What happens to my old computer?

Data Transfer

• Old Computer's Data
  We retrieve the data from your old computer and transfer it onto your new computer, so you can start right where you left off. Our data transfer process is 100% secure and confidential.

• Data Retention Policy
  We retain a backup of your old computer's data for 90 days before e-recycling your computer and destroying the hard drive. This ensures that any sensitive data is destroyed and irretrievable before your device leaves our hands.

• Opt-Out Policy
  If you want to keep your old computer, or if you're particularly watchful over your own data, you can simply opt out of any of our computer/data policies, no questions asked.

How do I know if my computer is worth replacing?

• Computer Age
  If you bought your computer 5+ years ago, it may be due for a replacement. It can vary depending on how you use the computer and what components the computer has
